Branding | Digital Media

With the full arrival of the digital age, CD’s are starting to become obsolete. I’ve recently had multiple clients ask for me to email their images or put them on a USB because their laptops don’t have CD drives. So when I purchased my Macbook Air I realized that I no longer had a CD drive. I realized it was time to make a change and make my clients experience easy breezy as well as more customized to their needs.

CD’s are cheap and easy to burn sure but they do come with a lot of error and once the images have been transferred to the computer you are left with a useless round piece of plastic or whatever they are made from. So I started looking into USB drives. I didn’t want a big one but stumbled on these credit card flash drives on another photographer’s page and I honestly can’t remember her name but thanks for her inspiration.  I purchased my new USB’s from USBMemoryDirect. (This company is fabulous. Great customer service, quick turn around, reasonably priced and a large selection of USB styles.) They really are the size of a credit card (a bit thicker) but they fit in a wallet as you will see below. How convenient. Plus once the images are transferred clients can continue to use them for personal use as well (another promotional item I know) but I’m a savvy business woman. Oh and they double as a business card. All my info is on there so a client can refer to it easily for my contact info. So here they are – my new digital media. LOVE THEM!!

(These will only be available to new bookings. Clients contracted to CD’s will still receive CD’s unless discussed beforehand.)

All pretty and packaged up for my client.

See it actually fits in a wallet.

I love this! I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time. I went to the site, which ones, specifically, did you select? I can’t seem to see ones that look just like yours. I want to make sure I order ones that fit.
Thanks so much for sharing!!
