What is Confidence with a Click Workshop?

4 months & 4 meetups filled with building confidence through activities and photoshoots.

Middle School. Some of the hardest years of a girl's life. These years are crucial to developing a healthy self-esteem. While a girl is going through a metamorphosis, relationships can swing up and down just like her moods and acne breakouts. I've watched my own daughter struggle through the late years of middle school as well as myself decades ago. I thought....what if I could use my camera to give girls confidence?

This is a 4-month workshop with girls meeting once a month - creating a connection with other girls outside of their normal world. Each workshop will focus on a different way to build confidence by including crafts, events, or activities. The last hour will involve an individual and group photoshoot that will vary each time.

why be a part of the workshop

01.

build confidence

Getting the model experience in photoshoot, making friendships with other girls going through the same struggles and giving back to the community builds confidence by empowering and helping our girls realize they are not alone in their journey.

02.

Relationships with others

In middle school when you're struggling with relationships at school it's so important to have those positive relationships outside of school.

03.

cool shoots

Each of the 4 shoots will vary drastically by theme, style and/or location. Each group will have a holiday theme shoot, black and white personality portrait, outdoor picnic and creative shoot. The girls will receive images that are proof of how beautiful and amazing they are. The girls will also have input on the shoots.

04.

Interesting experiences

Each get together will have an event, activity or craft attached where we will laugh and create bonds over common ideas, struggles or adventures.
