This is my most requested location and I am always up for going there - especially since I only live 2 miles away. It screams Franklin. This location can get extremely crowded. Fall is my favorite when the leaves start to change.
best flower fields: south40 farm
Just 10 minutes south of Franklin, this is truly one of my favorite locations for senior photos. It offers not only an ever-changing variety of flower fields but also a mix of forests, streams, and vintage cars. I offer full and mini sessions in this location. This is a pay location, so we have to plan your shoot around their schedule. If wanting this location it's best to plan your session atleast 6 weeks in advance.

If you're into classic architecture, clean lines, and manicured flower gardens, then this location is for you. This location offers a very distinct look. Although it can get crowded on the weekends, we work around the people, and I promise you will get compliments from those strolling by.

my secret garden: nashville
Okay, I'm gatekeeping. I stumbled on this location on one of my urban hikes a couple years ago. It's a very special location, and when seniors want wildflowers and a session in Nashville, this is my go-to! Not only does it offer a variety of native Tennessee flowers but it also has a creek and gazebo nearby. Pair this with one of the downtown Nashville locations and you have a one of a kind session for sure. Sweet and spicy!

So they're dirty and smelly but....you can not beat the edgy & creative feel you get if that is the vibe you are wanting for your Nashville senior session. Nashville is filled with alleys from those covered in stunning murals to those covered in...we won't mention it. If you want grit and grunge to your session then you must add an alley. These have become very popular for my senior guy sessions. Anytime we head into the city we combine alley's with some of the modern skyscrapers and incorporate your formal wear or suit. Oh and we only do these Sunday - Wednesday to beat the tourists and traffic.
Near the studio: urban columbia, TN
When people think Columbia, Tennessee, I don't think they realize that photos in downtown Columbia can be really edgy and unique. Some buildings remain untouched and still have character. There is so much texture and grunge hidden behind the quaint shops of the downtown square. It beats an hour drive to Nashville if you are wanting to incorporate a little more edge into your session while staying close to your hometown.
I truly love combining these locations with others that I did not mention. We live in a very unique area where you can combine the best of city and country in a 2 hour session.
