Columbia Tennessee senior photographer providing a boutique photography experience 12 south mural

Let's be honest. You're here to figure out if you want to book muah for your session. You've gotten this far and wanna know a bit about me. So here goes.

I am a lover of life. I juggle a million things but I believe we get one life - live it. I also believe my purpose in life is to use my creative eye to capture life and beauty and give it back into the world. From the moment people step in front of my camera I go from laid back me to high energy hype woman because behind the camera I see beauty that sometimes we ourselves don't see and I want you to know it! I get excited about each client because I know we are going to create something unique that captures your beauty and personality while covering you in self confidence. I wasn't always the most confident person in what I looked like and still have my struggles so if you're showing up in front of my lens I know what you may feel like and I got you girl!

So the personal stuff. I am a life long learner with a background in elementary education, event planning and interior design. I taught myself photography and how to run a business. I'm a mom to two girls who are yin and yang. I'm a fan of all music especially Dave Matthews Band but otherwise classic rock. They fill my soul and that's what music is about. Yoga in the morning keeps me grounded and creating art, writing and gardening fills my soul. I thrive in the summer. I've been called a modern day hippy and my dream car is a CJ7 Jeep name DAZIMAE. I'm one of those weird people that likes to clean and organzine. On the side I am a licensed realtor and am the owner of Steel Magnolia Creative in Columbia, TN. My life motto is LIVE.LOVE.LAUGH.CREATE. I thinks that's it and look forward to getting to know you!
