Meet amanda.

Hi Ya'll and welcome. Let me introduce myself.

First off the resume stuff. I'm an award winning and internationally published photographer that's been at this photography gig for over 10 years. Originally from North Carolina I found Tennessee by way of Florida twelve years ago and have never looked back. I fell in love with photography eleven years ago and here we are now. I am a life long learner with a background in elementary education, event planning and interior design. Next stop - psychology maybe? For now it's photography all the way.

Now to the fun stuff. I'm a mom to two girls who are yin and yang. I have a love hate relationship with technology (Instagram will be the death of me), love my she-shed (every woman needs one) and if you offer me sushi I will cancel any plans I have. My yoga mat is well loved and I'm one of those weird people that likes to clean. I love traveling solo and am currently writing a memoir about a difficult five years of my life that got pretty dark. I follow a spiritual path in life and find true peace and healing in nature, yoga and travel. My dream car is a CJ7 Jeep (dream it is because to own one of those you need to know a mechanic). Last but not least I am a published fine art photographer for self-portraits of myself documenting the feminine experience.
